Deposit of $50 is required to confirm your appointment.
We ask for a 48-hour notice of cancellation of your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in advance will result in a $50 charge deducted from deposit.
We recognise that emergencies do occur and will determine when and if fees will be waived. We make every effort to provide for a clean and healthy environment for all visitors, and care for our staff and patients therefore if you do become sick prior to your appointment, please anticipate your condition and plan 24 hours in advance, or ASAP for your appointment.
