You will receive a call from the clinic before your consultation to answer any questions you may have and book you in for a Free Consultation with our Skin Expert.

You will have a Free Consultation with our Skin Expert. They will discuss your skin concern, your medical history and any previous treatments you may have had.

Your skin will be examined and assessed.

Your therapist will tailor an individual treatment program for you. We provide a variety of treatments that may help you depending on your skin type and concern. They will check the initial treatment plan meets your expectations and if you have any concerns. Prices and payments will also be discussed with you. If you wish to go ahead you will be booked in for a test patch or your first treatment.

You will start your initial treatment plan. Your treatment will be administered by one of our Fully Qualified experienced skin care professionals. Your therapist will advise on any further information you may require including home-care.

On completion of your initial treatment plan, you may have a progress review to ensure your treatment is achieving the expected results for you.

This is when you can discuss how you’re finding the treatment and if you and your therapist are happy with the results. Your skin will be re-assessed by your therapist and your treatment plan and/or products will be amended accordingly if this is the best course of action for you.

If necessary we will move you onto a maintenance plan.
